How to merge PDF files

  1. Add two or more PDFs.
  2. Drag the files into the order you want.
  3. Click Merge and download your combined PDF.

What merging keeps

Every page is copied into the new PDF as it is: text stays selectable and searchable, images keep their original quality, and pages keep their own size and orientation, so an A4 letter and a landscape slide can sit in the same file. Nothing is re-compressed, so the merged PDF is roughly the size of its parts added together.

Getting the order right

Files are merged top to bottom in the list — drag them into the order you want before you start. To reorder, rotate or delete individual pages afterwards, open the merged file in Organize PDF; if the result is too large to email, run it through Compress PDF.

Are my files safe?

Yes. Your files are only used to create your result — they’re never shared and never used to train AI.

Is there a limit on files or size?

Up to 100 PDFs of 500 MB each and 2,000 pages in total. Everything runs on your device, so very large jobs also depend on its memory.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Yes. You'll be asked for the password of any protected file before merging.

Will bookmarks and links be kept?

Page content, images and text are kept exactly. Document-level bookmarks from the source files aren't carried over.

Can I merge images or Word files with PDFs?

Merge takes PDFs only. Turn photos and scans into a PDF with JPG to PDF first, then merge that with your other PDFs.
