Privacy policy

The short version: most tools never send your files anywhere. They run inside your browser using WebAssembly. We can’t see, store or recover those files. The few tools that need our server say so before you add a file.

1. Local tools (most tools)

Unless a tool shows the “Encrypted upload” notice, your files are read and processed by code running on your own device. No file contents, file names or page text are transmitted. Tools you’ve used before keep working offline.

2. Server tools (marked “Encrypted upload · auto-deleted”)

A few conversions — such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint to PDF — need software that can’t run in a browser. For those tools only:

  • Your file is uploaded over HTTPS directly to private, encrypted storage.
  • It is converted, and the original is deleted immediately afterwards.
  • The result is available through a link that expires within minutes and is deleted after download, and in any case within 24 hours.
  • Files are never used for any other purpose, never shared, and never used to train AI.

3. AI features

AI tools are coming soon and aren’t available yet. When they launch, this section will say exactly what each one processes and where — and any tool that sends text to an AI provider will ask for your consent first.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookie-less, aggregate) to count page views and anonymous events such as “a tool finished successfully”. Events contain the tool name, file count, size range and duration — never file names or contents. We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure visits, pages viewed, referrer, approximate location and device type. Google Analytics never receives your files or their names. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.

5. Abuse prevention

Server and cloud-AI tools use Cloudflare Turnstile and a temporary anonymous identifier to enforce fair daily limits. No account is required.
