How to crop PDF margins

  1. Add your PDF — up to 20 at a time.
  2. Set how much to trim from each side, in millimetres.
  3. Click Crop and download the trimmed PDF.
Are my files safe?

Yes. Your files are only used to create your result — they’re never shared and never used to train AI.

Is the cropped-off part deleted?

It's hidden, not deleted: each page's visible area (its crop box) is made smaller, which is what viewers and printers show. Text outside it can still be found by copy-paste or search.

Are margins measured on rotated pages correctly?

Yes. Top, right, bottom and left are measured on the page as you see it in a viewer, even if it's stored rotated.

How much should I trim?

Office documents usually have 20–25 mm margins; trimming 10–15 mm keeps a little white space around the text.
