What 25 MB holds
A size target is a fixed budget shared by every second of the video, so length matters most. At 25 MB, a one-minute video gets about 3.2 Mbps, a three-minute video gets about 979 kbps and a ten-minute video gets about 268 kbps. The more bitrate each second gets, the cleaner the picture — so trim what you don't need with Trim Video first, and lower the resolution for long videos.
How do you hit 25 MB?
From the video's length we work out the bitrate that fits 25 MB (keeping 5% headroom), set aside room for the sound, and re-encode to MP4 at that rate. If the encoder overshoots, the video is re-encoded once more at a lower rate so the file still fits.
Why is my video still a bit over 25 MB?
Very long videos can't get this small without becoming unwatchable, so quality never drops below a minimum. Trim the video first, or choose a lower resolution.
How long a video fits?
A few minutes at good quality; for longer videos, 720p helps the picture stay clean.
Is my video safe?
Yes. Your video is only used to create your result — it’s never shared and never used to train AI.
Which browsers work?
Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari 17+ work best. Firefox supports most tools; if a codec isn't available we'll tell you.
